Dogebos recommends that all customers have their ebikes inspected and tested by a certified ebike mechanic before their first ride. A thorough inspection of every part on the bike will help ensure that the ebike is safe to ride. Parts may be bent or unadjustable on shipped bikes.Dogebos does not guarantee that brakes, derailleurs, motors, rims, spokes, chainstays, forks, or any other parts on a bicycle will be properly secured and adjusted when the shipment arrives. Dogebos is not responsible for product or accidental damage caused by loose or malfunctioning parts.
The customer assembles the ebike at his/her own risk and Dogebos is not responsible for damage to the ebike or its components as a result of improper assembly. Dogebos is not responsible for any damage caused by improper assembly. The cost of parts or repairs due to improper assembly will be borne by the customer, not Dogebos.

What is covered under the warranty?


1.If replacement parts are needed within 7 days, we will cover the shipping cost. The prerequisite is that the customer carefully inspects the order on the day of receipt and provides photos or videos to customer service as proof (except for fragile parts).

2. After 7 days, the parts can be replaced free of charge, but the customer has to bear the shipping cost (except fragile parts).

3. Battery warranty: 1 year for e-bikes.

If the battery catches fire, pictures or videos of the whole bike must be provided.

(The photographed parts include the battery cell, battery, protection plate, and serial number).

4.Waterproof frame: 3-year warranty

What is not covered by the warranty?

1. Normal wear and tear on perishable parts: tires, handlebars, plastic parts, mirrors, lights, brakes, boosters, and individual support brackets are considered wear and tear related to intended use and are not covered by the warranty for normal wear and tear. Customers are required to purchase their own on the website.

2. Damage caused by the use of the e-bike in races or for purposes other than normal use.

4. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligent operation, failure to perform necessary maintenance (e.g., failure to keep the motor or battery tank clear of liquids and other debris), or damage caused by improper operation by the customer.

5. Indirect, incidental damage or defects caused by failure to follow instructions in the user manual, force majeure, misuse, negligence and abuse.

6. Iiquid damage is not covered under warranty. The Dogebos e-bike has an IPX4 waterproof rating. ipx4 is standard and means that your bike is splash proof only. It is not waterproof.

7. Damages caused by the addition of non-standard parts or technical modifications by the user.

8. These defects include damage caused during transportation, alteration or repair of the product.

If the product you purchased does not function properly when used under normal conditions during the warranty period, Please email service@dogebos.com contact us for product care and maintenance assistance.

Send photos/images so our technical team can determine the problem and help. If the problem is one that requires replacement, we will send the component to be replaced and provide you with the correct steps to take.
