Shipping Information

Shipping fees are covered by Dogebos and will be completed by TNT or DPD throughout the  Once the order is shipped, a shipment confirmation email and shipment tracking will be sent to your email address. ( We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO) .

We need up to 1 business day to process an order. Delivery time may take 3-7 business days.

We currently only deliver to the following 25 countries in continental Europe.

Austria, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain.

Notice:
(1) Currently cannot be shipped to areas outside Europe (Malta, Spanish islands, Cyprus, French islands)
(2) Island areas and countries cannot be shipped. If necessary, you can write the product address to the address of your inland friend.

Our bikes are carefully packaged and protected for easy transport. When purchasing bicycles and other items simultaneously, we will try to ship your order in one box, but sometimes we need to send multiple shipments. Please do not worry if you do not receive the products at the same time.

*Special circumstances such as large orders, new product launches or days of restocking may result in extended shipping times. If this is the case, we will note the estimated shipping dates on the product page.

Shipping Policy

Signature Requirement
All bike shipments will require a signature upon delivery. It is your responsibility to be up to date and contact the shipping carrier for any delivery date changes. Dogebos will not be responsible for any unable to be delivered packages.

Please note that once the products are signed and received, Dogebos will not be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. If you choose not to sign for the delivery due to your personal reasons, the above policies still apply.

Package lost: Dogebos is responsible for delivering your order. Delivery anomalies occur when a package is temporarily delayed in transit for unforeseen reasons. Even with the most reliable e-commerce order tracking, a lot can happen to a package in transit. If tracking information has not been updated for 3 days or more. You can contact us in time and we will contact the logistics company to inquire about the situation. If you do not receive your package after 3 weeks of receiving the shipping confirmation email, the package will be considered lost in transit. Dogebos will bear the loss and resend a new package to you.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

Before shipment: You can cancel your order by contacting us at service@dogebos.com. Your cancellation will only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid confirmation email from our customer support team. A fee of 6% of the total product price will be deducted as a processing fee.

Change of address: If the customer wants to change the delivery address, then the customer must pay an additional 20 euros per item.

Change of model: Model Exchanges are only available for e-bikes. If you wish to exchange for another model, customers may place a new order for the desired model and return the products from the original order by contacting our customer service in advance. All exchange requests must follow our return policy and receive pre-approval notification from our customer service team in an email. Free shipping does not apply to the exchanged bike.

Please Note***: Shipments are scheduled to process and ship the next working day after your purchase, it cannot be altered then.

After shipment:

Order Cancellation:  If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €200 per ebike to partially cover our shipping costs.


Change of address: €20 rerouting fee and it must have an ETA greater than 2days. 

Change of model: Model Exchanges are only available for e-bikes. If you wish to exchange for another model, customers may place a new order for the desired model and return the products from the original order by contacting our customer service in advance. All exchange requests must follow our return policy and receive pre-approval notification from our customer service team in an email. Free shipping does not apply to the exchanged bike.

Rejected shipment: If an order is refused and returned to us via a third party shipping service, we reserve the right to charge a re-shipping fee of €200 per e-bike. If you do not wish to have the order re-shipped, we will treat it as a refund request and require you to pay the recall shipping fee of €200.

How Can I Check My Order Status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 10 days after receiving the shipment confirmation email, please contact us at service@dogebos.com with your name and order number, and we will respond within 24 hours.
